Sneezing
How’s your mood? What is conditioning you? How are you taking care of yourself? What do you want to accomplish today?
Today I feel two opposites; ready to sit here and get things done, and on the other hand, needing, wanting to nest; take care of myself in exercise and handicrafts. So I’m trying to find some middle way.
Yesterday I had an allergy all day and today I’m hungover; throat hurting, skin dry, dehydrated. More tired. Irritated to deal with it and helpless because nothing seems to help and also how much it takes from me. Just hoping it’s only allergy and not a flu coming .
This week I need to focus on writing the funding application(s) for UpGrants.
Why do I keep dreaming I’m pregnant? Last night it happened in several separate (or that’s how they felt) dreams and this is frequent, at least weekly.
I’m looking forward to repeating my fasting experience this week; I’m going to keep Wednesdays for it.
Tea’s visit was short and cute. Less awkward than I anticipated. But there was not really time and space to get deeper to talk about our proposals, it was mostly quite superficial catching up. Good anyway. The sweetest thing was the kids’ behaviour; they were eager and happy.
